I am still exercising 5 days a week, but I changed up my routine a bit… instead of walking up stairs, I am riding the exercise bike. 30-45 min, every day except sat/sun (In theory I can use sat/sun as make-up days if I miss one during the week, but I have managed every mon-fri for almost 7 weeks now :)

I admire you now. My regimen currently sucks gold plated moose wang and I have not yet fixed it.
Having a backup plan helps. If I don’t work out in the morning, I can still do it in the afternoon. But if your time is pretty overbooked anyway, it’s hard.
I try to go for a walk every day. The scenery near my new office in Redwood City doesn’t compare to that at 1070 Arastradero. One route takes me by the old Excite@Home buildings.
