CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be to respond to requests from existing Edusoft customers (via email and telephone) answering operational questions, isolating problems and walking through problem resolution. You will also be responsible for expanding our present customers with future diagnoses. You will also be the customer advocate when submitting feature requests to project management and software bugs to engineering.

Requirements Required qualifications: - 2+ yrs Customer Support/Technical Support experience - Solid understanding of computer/internet technologies - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task - Detail oriented - Self-starter with drive, initiative, and the commitment to follow through on open issues.
